Staff readily responsive before check-in, unfortunately my outbound airplane ended up so delayed it forced me to check-in at 7am next day, messaged them at 4am via booking&they replied promptly "No worries, will not mark you 'No-Show' "

I was supposed to stay in a shared dorm but instead I got a whole room to myself which was comfy. The bathroom was very clean. I think the bed was quite small for a single room but overall I was satisfied for a budget hotel.

The owner is an exceptional host, made me feel welcome and looked after. The room was warm and comfortable at nights and I felt well-rested in the mornings. It was very clean and great value for money.
